RESOLUTION NO. 2023-02

 

 

A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE TOWN’S MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO INCREASE THE CONNECTION AND DISCONNECTION OF WATER SERVICES FEE REQUESTED BY OWNER OR OCCUPANT OF PREMISES  

 

            WHEREAS, pursuant to the Log Lane Village Municipal Code, Sec. 2-1 the Town maintains a master fee schedule whose fees, charges and costs imposed by the Town may be established from time to time by action of the board of trustees; and

            WHEREAS, pursuant to the Log Lane Village Municipal Code, Sec. 24-42 the Town’s rates and charges for connecting and disconnecting of water services under the request of the owner or occupant of premises shall be as set forth in the Town’s master fee                 schedule;  and

 

            WHEREAS, the Town’s current water connection and disconnection fee is $25.00 per shut off and turn on; and,

 

            WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees believes it is in the best interest of the Town of Log Lane Village to amend the Town’s Master Fee Schedule to increase the water connection and disconnection fee by request of the owner or occupant of premises by $25.00               to $50.00 per shut off and turn on.

 

            NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOG LANE VILLAGE, COLORADO AS FOLLOWS:

 

 

  1. The Town’s Master Fee Schedule is amended to increase the Town’s water connection and disconnection fee  by $25.00 to $50.00 per shut off and turn on.
  2.  The Town’s Master Fee Schedule is amended to increase the Town’s water connection and disconnection fee for after hours and holidays from $50.00 to $100.00. For hours after 5:00 PM on Friday to 8:00 AM on Monday as well as any holidays outside regular operating hours.

            PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 11th DAY OF JANUARY, 2023.
