RESOLUTION NO. 23-05

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOG LANE VILLAGE, COLORADO REGARDING AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION AT LOG LANE VILLAGE WORK SESSIONS

WHEREAS, the Town of Log Lane Village, Colorado has monthly work sessions and monthly board meetings; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees does not take any formal action at the Work Sessions;

and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees allows public comment during Board Meetings;

and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees thinks it is in the best interest of the Town to reserve time for the public comments at the Board Meetings and not include such time at the Work Sessions;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOG LANE VILLAGE, COLORADO AS FOLLOWS:

Work Sessions shall not include a time for public participation or public comment.

PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 8th of February, 2023.
