ORDINANCE NO. _2023-01
AN ORDINANCE TO ACQUIRE REAL PROPERTY FOR THE TOWN OF LOG LANE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Log Lane Village has determined that it desires to acquire a certain parcel of property in the Town of Log Lane Village legally described as
Lot 1, Block 6, Graff and Shuman Replat of a Portion of Block 5 and all of Block 6 of the Original Town of Log Lane Village, Morgan County, Colorado.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOG LANE VILLAGE AS FOLLOWS,
The Mayor, Board of Trustees, Town Clerk and other administrative staff are authorized to take such action as may be appropriate to acquire that property described above in the Town of Log Lane Village, Morgan County, State of Colorado.
