RESOLUTION NO. _22.02____

A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOG LANE VILLAGE, COLORADO REGARDING AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION AT LOG LANE VILLAGE BOARD MEETINGS

WHEREAS, the Town of Log Lane Village, Colorado allows public participation during Board Meetings;

WHEREAS, board meeting agendas include an item titled “Public Comment”; and,

WHEREAS, this agenda item is included to offer members of the public an opportunity to speak to issues that are not included on the agenda; and

WHEREAS, the public also has an opportunity to speak to issues that are on the agenda; and

WHEREAS, the public has an opportunity to speak during public hearings; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees thinks it is in the best interest of the Town to limit the amount of time members of the public are allowed to speak to five minutes; and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOG LANE VILLAGE, COLORADO AS FOLLOWS:

Public comment shall be limited to five minutes per member of the public during agenda item “Public Comment” for issues not included on the agenda.

Public comment shall be limited to five minutes per member of the public for items included on the agenda.

Public comment shall be limited to five minutes per member of the public during the public hearings.
